My favourite workout channel
FitnessBlender is one of my favourite workout channels on Youtube. Kelli and Daniel do great workouts for people on different levels. I love how honest and grounded they both seem.

As the Pandemic came, FitnessBlender has been a real life saver. Not only have they helped me get myself out of the couch, but my boyfriend as well. My favourites are their HIIT and Cardio Kickboxing workouts. I think FitnessBlender is the best channel out there for beginner kickboxers as the tempo is not as high as for many others.
